39 Quarantine Places Prepared for COVID-19 Patients in Thousand Islands

As many as 39 location points as a quarantine place for patients and a medical team mess on 12 islands have been provided in Thousand Islands in an effort to stop the chain of COVID-19 infections.

Those quarantine places are at SKKT building, Pulau Karya technical building, schools, student and teacher dormitories, sport halls (GOR), on Tidung Kecil Island until homestays

This statement was stated by Thousand Islands Regent Husein Murad on the sidelines of a coordination meeting about COVID-19 Handling, on Thursday (4/16).

"Those quarantine places are at SKKT building, Pulau Karya technical building, schools, student and teacher dormitories, sport halls (GOR), on Tidung Kecil Island until homestays," he stated.

In the near future, those locations would be addressed for the fulfillment of supporting facilities and infrastructures such as the need for clean water, toilets and beds that are being coordinated with other members of the task force.

"We will do it next week, it will be started by cleaning every point that we specify," he stated.
