PT. MRT Assigns New Finance and Corporate Management Director

At PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda)'s Circular Shareholders General Meeting (RUPS) 2020 which was held on Thursday (4/23), has arranged new board of directors of PT. MRT Jakarta.

Per April 20, 2020, through RUPS, we have decided on important matters including appointing Roy Rahendra as Finance and Corporate Management Director

"Per April 20, 2020, through RUPS, we have decided on important matters including appointing Roy Rahendra as Finance and Corporate Management Director whose tenure is in accordance with the company's articles of association," stated William Sabandar, MRT Jakarta President Director, Thursday (4/23).

In the other hand, Ghamal Peris' position as Business Development Director was honorably dismissed. Ghamal's performance so far has also been appreciated by PT. MRT Jakarta.

Before being assigned to PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), Roy Rahendra was the Chief Technical Adviser of United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

Previously, Roy also served as the Leader of Knowledge Management Working Group on REDD +, Assistant Head of the Presidential Work Unit for Development Supervision and Control (UKP4) and Finance Director at Aceh and Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency (BRR Aceh-Nias).

"With his experiences, there is no doubt that he can bring PT. MRT Jakarta to be better in the future," he closed.
