According to him, since first phase of PSBB was implemented and homecoming prohibition had been established by central government, his side had instructed all PO buses in the terminal to refund the tickets fully to the passengers without any deduction.

In the other hand, Kampung Rambutan Terminal Head, Made Joni stated, currently there is no activity in AKAP bus terminal area. All PO buses have been closed since last Friday. However, his side didn't provide refund service because most passengers buy the ticket directly on the same day of departure.
