Early April, Thousand Islands' PBB-P2 Reaches Rp 2.4 Billion

Thousand Islands Regional Tax Services Unit (UPPD) announced tax realization on urban and rural land and building tax (PBB-P2) along January until early April reached Rp 2.4 billion or 3.40 percent from this year's total target by Rp 60.9 billion.

Randy Rachmawaty, Sub-Division Head of Administration said tax arrears payment for April 3 - May 29 would be clean from the penalty and interest.

"It is valid during COVID-19 pandemic," he expressed, Tuesday (4/28).

By doing so, his party hoped that the tax realization could hit the target set.

Until April, he revealed, SPPT PBB stipulations on tariffs of 0.3 in six urban villages totaling 207 was Rp 1.3 billion and for the tariff of 0.3 totaling 126 was more than Rp 46 billion.

Last year, SPPT PBB stipulations on tariffs of 0.2 in six urban villages totaling 219 was Rp 1,4 billion and for the tariff of 0.3 totaling 136 was Rp 51.5 billion.

"In Thousand Islands, we hit Rp 47.5 billion or 80 percent from the target set by Rp 55.2 billion," he stated.
