PMPTSP Receives 56,620 Online Proposals

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Agency informed that as many as 56,620 applicants have proposed permits and non-permits via online in these five weeks of Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) period.

Currently, as many as 7,688 permits and non-permits process are still on process

Jakarta PMPTSP Agency Head, Benni Aguscandra mentioned, 37,171 permits and non-permits have been issued, while 11,761 proposals have been rejected from March 19 to May 4, 2020 period.

"Currently, as many as 7,688 permits and non-permits process are still on process," he conveyed, Wednesday (5/6).

Companies That Violate PSBB Regulations Can Be Reported to Nakertrans

Some of the proposals were rejected due to lack of required data. Thus he reminds all applicants to first learn about the requirements, service mechanism, legal basis, definition and levy fees at website pelayanan.jakarta.go.id before they proposed for permit and non-permit issuance through jakevo.jakarta.go.id.

According to him, some permit and non-permit proposals are still on progress because of the complexity of the request's administration and technical procedures thus it requires extra time based on the estimated time of accomplishment (ETA) that has been set.

"In addition, some applicants are still in process because their proposals require survey on the field according to the applicable laws and regulations," he explained.

Licensing and non-licensing Administration and Technical Research which require survey on the field are postponed temporarily due to government regulations related to appeals for working from home which implemented in Jakarta PMPTSP Office.

"But now we have completed the mechanism of conducting field survey  by referring to government protocols related to preventing COVID-19 spread. Hopefully it could be carried out by all technical officers in this month," he said.

He informed, a field survey can be carried out with the following conditions;

1. Utilizing information and communication technology systems, such as Virtual Meeting application, Video Call, Timestamp, and so on.

2. Utilizing supporting technology facilities and infrastructure, such as drones and digital data recording devices.

3. Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with specified standards

The policy is mentioned in the Jakarta PMPTSP Agency Head's Instruction No. 53/2020 concerning Conducting Field Surveys During the Disaster Emergency Status of COVID-19 Outbreak in Jakarta.

According to him, PMPTSP Agency will continue to build an intensive coordination with related parties to develop an innovation in performing field survey services by utilizing existing data from other ministries / institutions / apparatuses. Thus, it is possible to conduct Administration and Technical Researches for licensing and non-licensing without field surveys.

"One of the plans is cooperating with ATR/BPN to utilize land maps for administrative research and technical licensing / non-licensing research as needed in processing City Planning Decree or KRK," he closed.
