Companies That Violate PSBB Regulations Can Be Reported to Nakertrans

Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Agency provides public complaint service related to business activities that are prohibited during Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) implementation.

Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah mentioned, it was provided to follow up Article 10 paragraph (2) letter c of the Gubernatorial Regulation No. 33/2020 concerning the Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) Implementation in Handling Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in DKI Jakarta.

"If you know any company that is prohibited from operating but still sending employees to work to the office, please report it to bit.ly/psbb-kantor-tempatkerja or call center 021-3517616 and 081220960440," he informed, Friday (5/24).

According to him, Nakertrans and Energy Agency has temporarily suspended operations of three companies in East Jakarta because they have positive COVID-19 employees.

"We suspended those companies after receiving complaint. We can guarantee to keep the reporter's information confidential, especially when the reporter is one of the employees of the company," he stated.

He expected companies for not hiding or covering up the truth about employees who are confirmed positive COVID-19. Because Nakertrans and Energy Agency will impose special sanctions for companies that found out for hiding information about positive COVID-19 employees in the companies, moreover those who are still carrying out business activities.

"We will give different treatment for companies that acknowledge it or not. If they don't acknowledge it first, but then after we find information that they actually have employee with COVID-19, we will report it to PMPTSP Agency to review their business permit," he closed.
