Rapid Test Carried Out in Three Urban Villages of South Thousand Islands

South Thousand Islands Sub-district Health Center (Puskesmas) held COVID-19 rapid test simultaneously in three urban villages on Wednesday (5/27).

Rapid test participants are taken randomly and all results are negative

South Thousand Islands Puskesmas Head, Ilmi Tri Indarto stated, total 60 residents underwent the rapid test. In detail, 24 residents are from Untung Jawa Island Urban Village, 24 residents from Pari Island Urban Village, and 12 residents from Tidung Island Urban Village.

"Rapid test participants are taken randomly and all results are negative," he conveyed.

Perumnas Klender Market Merchants Carry Out Rapid Test

His side took the samples from rapid test participants with assistance from local urban villages and Safe Island Task Force Team.

"Rapid test will be carried out routinely every Wednesday, while swab test on Friday in order to avoid coronavirus transmission in Thousand Islands," he explained.
