The Jakarta DPRD's council's legislation body (Bapemperda) is ready to discuss the second amendment to bylaw number 3/2012, concerning regional retribution with the related regional working unit (SKPD).
"The discussion will begin by holding a public hearing meeting on Monday (6/8). We will hear and collect technical input from stakeholders," expressed Bapemperda Chairman, Pantas Nainggolan, Tuesday (5/2).
Council Allocates Activity Budget to Help Handling COVID-19It was one of Bapemperda's efforts to create a legal protection, which was delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
"Hopefully it doesn't reduce executive work in collecting retribution from all taxpayers," he uttered.
Aside that, the Bapemperda would also make a schedule to follow up on the other three draft bylaws, namely amendments to bylaw number 16/2010 on parking tax, number 15/2010 on street light tax and regi
onal property management.
