Jakarta Government through Jakarta Task Force for Acceleration COVID-19 Handling informed the latest COVID-19 information on June 3, 2020.
An increase of 83 positive cases in Jakarta thus it reached 7,539 cases in total
Jakarta Health Agency's Health Service Department Head, Weningtyas Purnomorini stated, there was an increase of 83 positive cases in Jakarta thus it reached 7,539 cases in total. From that number, 2,530 people recovered and 259 people died.
"As of today, 1,699 patients are being treated in hospitals and 2,781 people carry out self-isolation in their houses," she said as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release, Wednesday (6/3).

Jakarta Government also built COVID-19 Satellite Laboratory at RSUD Pasar Minggu and RSUD Duren Sawit since April 9, 2020, to increase capacity for examining samples using RT-PCR method and built network with 41 COVID-19 laboratories.
Until June 2, 2020, Jakarta Government has examined total 156,584 samples using RT-PCR method. On June 2, PCR test was carried out on 1,380 people and 1,135 of them were carried out to establish the diagnosis in new cases with total 83 positive and 1,052 negative results.
Massive rapid test continues to be carried out in selected urban villages according to epidemiological study and population density study. This test was carried out in 58 selected urban villages in Jakarta which targeted elderly people, people with certain disease, and pregnant women.
Total 160,231 people had undergone rapid test. In detail, 4 percent or 5,974 people were reactive to COVID-19 and the other 154,257 people were non-reactive to COVID-19. In order to ensure whether it is a confirmed positive case or not, those with reactive results should take PCR swab test. If the result is positive, they will be referred for further treatment at Wisma Atlet or self-isolation at home.

For information, Jakarta Govenrment requires Exit and Entry Permit (SIKM) document for Jakarta residents who want to exit Jabodetabek and Jakarta residents who are outside of Jabodetabek who want to enter Jakarta.
From May 15 to June 3, total 630,825 users have accessed SIKM service from site https://corona.jakarta.go.id/id/izin-keluar-masuk-jakarta and Jakarta Government has issued 49,483 SIKMs. While 4,524 proposals are still in process.
In 3 days, Jakarta PMPTSP can verify more than 21,000 proposals because it still operates even on national holidays and weekends.
From total proposals received by PMPTSP, only 8.6 percent or 4,265 proposals that met the requirements thus SIKM could be issued electronically; 76.9 percent or 38,052 proposals were rejected; while 2,642 proposals should wait for validation by the guarantor.

people to be wiser in applying for SIKM because PMPTSP often find request that don't meet the requirements for SIKM. Such as applicants whose work is not related with 11 sectors that allowed to operate in Jakarta," she mentioned.
