Creative Products Week to Be Held on November 4

The Regional Creative Products Week (PPKD) will be held again by Jakarta Industry and Energy Department in Bidakara Hotel, Pancoran, South Jakarta, on upcoming 4-7 November. In this event, various creative products produced in five municipalities, from fashion, souvenir, until culinary, will be exhibited.

This event is intended to develop small and medium-sized businesses (UKM) and also as a mean to develop entrepreneurs’ spirit, so creative industry could grow continually

“This event is intended to develop small and medium-sized businesses (UKM) and also as a mean to develop entrepreneurs’ spirit, so creative industry could grow continually,” stated Head of Jakarta Industry and Energy Department, Haris Pindratno, Wednesday (10/8).

According to Pindratno, the event’s participants as well as visitors will not be charged for fee. All is free. To success the event, his department has prepared budget as much as Rp 3 billion which taken from the City Budget (APBD).

“This is the fourth time we hold this event. We prepare 250 stands. All will be recorded first. We targeted Rp 5 billion for the amount of transactions and 5,000 people per day for the coming visitors,” he uttered.
