As many as 821 sacks of 25-kg rice from the Jakarta Provincial Government were scheduled to be distributed to those in need mitigate the hardship of the COVID-19 pandemic in Duri Selatan Urban Village, Tambora, West Jakarta, on Monday (6/8).
"Social aid was the third phase which will be distributed to six RWs. Each person would receive one sack," expressed Duri Selatan Urban Village Head, M Ghufri Fatchani.
KSBB, Jakpro Distributes Social Aid to People Affected by COVID-19He explained that those six RWs were RW 01 (59 sacks), RW 02 (165 sacks), RW 03 (152 sacks), RW 04 (111 sacks), RW 05 (287 sacks) and RW 06 (47 sacks).
"Residents don't need to gather around to get social aid. We will come door to door so we won't cause a crowd that could potentially lead to wider transmission of COVID-19," he closed.
