We ensure all units in Jakarta to comply with COVID-19 protocols. Direct interaction during transition period is potentially high, especially this service unit receive many customers who want to take care of their licenses. "Moreover, MPP also provides 316 service points at urban villages, sub-districts, and Regency/Municipalities Offices. Here we have MPP that provides good service with clean and neat office. We also need to convey this to the public that licensing can be done independently. Hopefully this trust can be optimized by residents to take care of their own licensing," he mentioned.
For information, MPP has been reopened to the public since June 15, 2020. Previously, from March 17, 2020 PMPTSP temporarily closed licensing services at 316 service points and MPP in order to control the COVID-19 outbreak.
