Residential Areas on Tidung Island Sprayed with Disinfectants

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency's Sector 8 firefighters have sprayed disinfectants in residential areas, RW 02, Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands, on Thursday (7/9).

According to Eko Mahendro, Sector 8 Head of North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat Sub-agency, the spraying started from one of the residents' houses indicated as patients under surveillance (PDP), which was continued to the entire area of other houses.

"To do it, we have sent three firefighters using one sprayer to the location," he expressed.

He continued that it was focused on the entire contents of the house from the door, living room, bedroom, furniture, appliances, kitchen and toilet.

"Today we have spent 15 liters of disinfectant liquid," he said.
