East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency personnel conducted disinfectant spraying at Gardu Market, Jl. Mundu RT 04/05, Lubang Buaya, Cipayung.

Market is not operating for three days since last Friday

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency Fire Control and Rescue Section Head, Gatot Sulaeman conveyed, disinfectant spraying was carried out to follow up request from urban village office due to COVID-19 positive case found at the market after holding swab test on Wednesday (7/15).

"We deploy 3 personnel to spray the market with disinfectant for the next three days," he conveyed, Saturday (7/18).

Lubang Buaya Urban Village Head, Dede Syaefulloh said, Gardu Market is closed for three days since Friday (7/17) thus East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency personnel can sterilize the market optimally.

"Market is not operating for three days since last Friday," he informed.

His side reminded all market traders to comply with the regulations and encouraged all sides to always implement COVID-19 prevention protocols.

During this disinfectant spraying, Gulkarmat deployed 1 pump car with capacity 2,500 liters equipped with 2 sprayers to sterilize all areas within the market.
