East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Fire Handling and Rescue Section Head, Gatot Sulaeman informed, disinfectant spraying was carried out to follow up request from East Jakarta Satpol PP. In this spraying, his side deployed 5 personnel and 3 electric water tank with capacity 16 liters.
"It is done to prevent COVID-19 transmission. As we know, Satpol PP personnel work on the field every day to handle COVID-19," he mentioned, Tuesday (7/14).
Spraying Disinfectant is Intensified in TMII AreaEast Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Budi Novian thanked and appreciated East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency for their fast response in conducting disinfectant spraying.
"Satpol PP's task is mostly on the field to monitor PSBB implementation. Surely it is very vulnerable to COVID-19 transmission. Thus we need to sterilized it with disinfectant spraying," he said.
His side also reminds his personnel to remain vigilant and always comply with health protocols to prevent COVID-19 transmission when working on the field.
"Surely we must be more vigilant when on duty in the field," he conveyed.
