Bank DKI Supports Non-Cash AGD Payments

In the interest of health services for Jakartans, the city-owned lender Bank DKI is supporting the Emergency Ambulance payment system (AGD) programmed by Jakarta Health Agency in which it can be done non-cash via JakOne Mobile, Virtual Account and Bank DKI ATM Debit through EDC machines.

That means people no longer need to use cash considering cash has the potential to be a medium for spreading the coronavirus

Bank DKI Company Secretary Herry Djufraini expressed, it was a form of Bank DKI's commitment to continue to support the Jakarta Provincial Government and support the Health sector in Jakarta.

"That means people no longer need to use cash considering cash has the potential to be a medium for spreading the coronavirus," he expressed, Monday (7/20).

As for the information, they also support the financial transactions of the Health Agency's Technical Implementation Unit (UPT), which includes payment of payroll/salary and credit facilities.

"Surely this is not only a business entity, but is part of the big family of Jakarta," he asserted.

Best Service Award Achievement

Bank DKI successfully won the Regional Development Bank (BPD) group in the "Bank Service Excellence Monitor (BSEM) 2020" survey by Infobank Magazine in collaboration with Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI).

Service quality assessed in BSEM includes the aspects of walk in channel (security officer, teller, customer service, branch telephone, ATM branch and convenient branch experience) and electronic banking (mobile banking, internet banking, sms banking and call center).

Specifically for walk in channel aspects, they achieved a perfect score of 100% in the ATM Branch category. Further, in the aspect of electronic banking, the performance and features of Bank DKI's mobile banking, namely JakOne Mobile, brought them as a superior compared to other BPDs. In overall, the total score achieved by Bank DKI was 80.06%.
