Central Jakarta Dukcapil has Issued 49,230 e-KTPs in January - July 2020

In January-July 2020, Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency has issued 49,230 electronic identity cards (e-KTP)s.

Central Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Head, Erik Polim Sinurat mentioned, there were 10,287 e-KTPs issued in January; 9,217 e-KTPs in February; 5,229 e-KTPs in March; 1,712 e-KTPs in April; 3,101 e-KTPs in May; 10,331 e-KTPs in June; and 9,443 e-KTPs in July.

"We also encourage people to use Direct Access to Fast and Accurate Document Services (Alpukat Betawi) app," he added, Tuesday (8/11).

However, he informed, data recording both for e-KTP and Child Identity Card (KIA) is still carried out at the local urban village offices.

In January-July 2020 period, his side has issued 70,585 KIAs; 50,800 family cards (KK); 12,255 birth certificates; 4,805 death certificates; 54 marriage certificates; and 30 divorce certificates.

"All of those services can be accessed via Alpukat Betawi app thus residents no need to queue," he conveyed.
