8,935 Citizens Enjoy Alpukat Betawi App

As many as 8,935 Jakarta citizens are registered as active users of the Alpukat Betawi app created by the Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Agency. 

People can propose applications, schedule and monitor the progress of the settlement

The Alpukat Betawi is an acronym for Direct Access to the Fast and Accurate Document Service, precisely a service innovation created to make online population registration services.

Jakarta Dukcapil Agency Head Dhany Sukma said it has become a service channel that provides direct access to citizens, especially Jakartans, to apply for civil document services.

Regency Monitors Data Collection Through Carik Application

"People can propose applications, schedule and monitor the progress of the settlement. This is more effective and efficient," he expressed, Tuesday (2/18).

Besides applying for services, people who have registered through this app can interact with service personnel and access information for updating data.

"It can be download via the Android Play Store. Afterwards, do registration while awaiting the registration confirmation via message, please login directly," he explained.

He explained services available in the app are electronic ID card printing, family card printing and child ID card (KIA) issuance.

There are also services for changing data elements including marital status, employment status, education level, birth data input, blood type and religion.

"It also includes a population administration document archive service that includes duplicates and legalization of marriage, birth and death certificates," he stated.
