COVID-19, City Distributes 5,249 Aid Packages to Affected Residents in Malaka Jaya

We have cooperated with local RT/RW to distribute the aid door to door to comply with physical distancing rules

The Jakarta Provincial Government had distributed 5,249 aid packages to low-income families affected by COVID-19 crisis in Malaka Jaya Urban Village, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, on Wednesday (8/26).

Malaka Jaya Urban Village Head Hardi Ananda Angga Putra Perdana Hasbi said the aid packages were distributed to 13 RWs.

"We have cooperated with local RT/RW to distribute the aid door to door to comply with physical distancing rules," he expressed.

In its distribution, his side also involved 26 members of urban village PPSU.

"It is done door to door in order to avoid the crowd," he closed.
