SDA Dredges Setu Mangga Bolong's Inlet Crossing

South Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency dredging inlet crossing that leads to Setu Mangga Bolong (artificial lake) at RT 04/07 Srengseng Sawah Urban Village, Jagakarsa.

South Jakarta SDA Sub-agency Head, Mustajab mentioned, mud dredging carried out to optimize water flow from settlements and river to the Setu Mangga Bolong in order to avoid inundation when the rain falls.

"We deploy 10 PJLP to dredge the mud with assistance from local PPSU personnel," he added, Thursday (9/3).

Water Channel on Jalan Krendang Cleaned from Mud

According to him, his side has repaired gate valve at Setu Mangga Bolong's outlet and inlet as well as dredging crossing channel at RW 09 from mud.

"By dredging inlet crossing and connecting channel, we hope water can flow well thus no inundation in the area when it rains," he closed.
