Jakarta DPRD Chairman Expresses His Condolences for the Passing of Saefullah

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Chairperson, Prasetio Edi Marsudi conveyed his condolences for the passing Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah.

"May the deceased died in husnul khatimah state, all of his good deeds are accepted, all his sins are forgiven, rest in peace, get the best place in heaven with Allah SWT, and may the family left behind to be given strength and patience," he said on his Instagram official account, Wednesday (9/16).  

He encouraged Jakartans to carry out funeral prayer (salat ghaib) and pray for the late Saefullah after giving his last tribute with Jakarta Governor and Vice Governor at Jakarta City Hall Yard, yesterday afternoon.

"I encourage Jakarta residents to carry out salat ghaib and pray for the deceased thus Allah receive all his good deeds and may he rest in peace," he said.

On the other hand, Jakarta DPRD Deputy Chairperson, Zita Anjani said that Saefullah was a good person and hard worker. He was known as a friendly executive among the legislators.

"My deep condolences. It is very sad that Jakarta has to lose one of its best people. The regional secretary that I know is a kind, friendly, pious, and hardworking figure. May Allah SWT accepts all his good deeds and gives his family the fortitude," she expressed.

As previously reported, the Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah, passed away on Wednesday (9/16) at 12:55 WIB at RSPAD Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta.
