"This afternoon, our Jakarta Secretary (Sekda) has passed away. Mr. Saefullah died because of irreversible septic shock with ARDS which damaged his lung tissue due to infection of COVID-19. It causes irreparable respiratory failure because there is no adequate oxygen exchange. Let us pray for Mr. Saefullah. He has served as Regional Secretary of Jakarta Province since July 17, 2014. Previously, he served as Central Jakarta Mayor in 2008-2014.
