Rearrangement for Transjakarta Corridor I Route Applied

The citizen party celebrating the president inauguration makes the operational of Transjakarta bus corridor I (Blok M - Kota) disturbed. Previously, the operational was divided into three routes as Blok M-Harmoni, Blok M-Bundaran Hotel Indonesia (HI), and Harmoni-Kota. Due to road closure, now the bus is operated in single route as Harmoni-Kota.

The rearrangement was applied at 12.05 PM

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) president director, Antonius NS Kosasih, said the corridor I operational must be rearranged after road closure was applied by city police. "The rearrangement was applied at 12.05 PM," he said, Monday (10/20).

Meanwhile, the other two routes are temporarily stopped because of no access. "The citizen's enthusiasm to join the celebration has caused the rearrangement and road closure," he added.

Moreover, there is arrangement for corridor II (Harmoni-Pulogadung). The bus will not cross Monas shelter, City Hall, Gambir I, and Gambir II shelter. The bus is moved from Harmoni via Juanda, Pecenongan, Pejambon, Kwitang, and etc. "Monas is already full with people," he stated.
