All of civil servants in Jakarta Provincial Government will still work as usual on Monday (10/20), or the day when Jokowi is inaugurated as the president.

"We have no day off. Work as usual," said Basuki T. Purnama, Acting Jakarta Governor, Friday (10/17).
Basuki asked to all civil servants, especially for those who work at City Hall, to come early because there will be people party during Jokowi inauguration.
Jokowi: Jakarta is My Responsibility"I optimistic the party will not disturb civil servant's work. Please come early to avoid traffic jam," Basuki suggested.
Head of Regional Staffing Board, I Made Karmayoga, stated there is no special policy regarding the party or Jokowi inauguration. It is because the party will be held from afternoon up to evening.
As for information, a thanksgiving party will be held after the inauguration of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla as pair of Indonesian President and Vice.
After the inauguration at MPR-DPR building, Jokowi-JK will be paraded from Hotel Indonesia roundabout to State Palace. Jokowi-JK will ride the golden chariot and accompanied by Reog Ponorogo, sepeda onthel (old bike), ondel-ondel, barongsai, and other art performances.
There will be free snacks along Hotel Indonesia roundabout to Monas pedestrian. When they arrived at State Palace, a military ceremony is prepared. After that, they will hold teleconference with Indonesian people.
Jokowi-JK will join with their volunteers on the stage in Monas. Famous artists like Slank, Oppie Andaresta, Saykoji, /rif, and Aura Kasih will enliven the party.
The activity will be closed by eating rice cone dish (nasi tumpeng) and praying. About 17,480 paper lanterns will be released from 31 locations around Indonesia. There are 3,000 lantern for Jakarta.
