Realization of revenue from 13 types of regional taxes has reached Rp 21.05 trillion or around 71.69 percent of the total target revenue as of the third week of September adjusted until the end of this year amounting to Rp 29.37 trillion.

Jakarta Regional Earnings Board (Bapenda) Head Yuspin D said, from 13 types of regional taxes, the highest realization was from the vehicle tax (PKB) by Rp 5.76 trillion, urban and rural land and building tax (PBB-P2) by Rp 5.05 trillion, vehicle ownership transfer fees (BBNKB) by Rp 2.77 trillion and property transfer fee (BPHTB) by Rp 2.45 trillion.

His party continued to optimize revenue, especially PBB-P2, whose payment maturity period ended on September 30.

"Various efforts have been made including socialization, tax modeling week and working with government and private banks to make it easier for taxpayers to pay their local tax payment obligations," he expressed, Monday (9/28).

He added all local tax collection service units (UPPPD) in five regions were still open to provide services using the drop box system during the PSBB in the capital.
