JIS Project Work Has Reached 28.64 Percent

The Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) construction, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta is still undergoing. It has touched 28.64 percent and the deviation reaches -2.52 percent.

Arnold Kindangen, Corporate Communication & Commercial for JIS Project said, from the value of realization progress based on the calculation of the Operational Cooperation (KSO), the project plan was to reach 31.16 percent.

"Deviation is -2.52 percent due to constraints in the material import process related to the import restriction policy from the government to empower local products. The project requires imported steel materials from China for the construction of a roof that can be opened and closed as much as 5,000 tons, but now only 200 tons," he expressed, Friday (10/2).

He stated, for shortages of steel roof construction materials were still in process and scheduled in this week was already on the way. As for the synthetic grass used was Limonta Mixto from Italy, which was currently in Tanjung Priok Port.

To speed up the project work, his party would optimize works that could be advanced such as working on training fields. While the construction that was currently underway included the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th floor construction.

"We're also working on the training field area and erecting the west ramp of the BMW park," he stated.
