Jakarta Baznas Bazis provides tuition assistance for 117 college students who are the residents of Thousand Islands.

Thousand Islands Baznas Bazis Coordinator, Ridwan Malik conveyed, those 117 college students had previously participated in the virtual selection of tuition assistance program and passed the test.

"Selection participants are former recipients and new recipients," he said, Friday (10/9).

He explained, each students will receive tuition assistance Rp 500,000 per month.

"By paying their tuition fees, we hope it can ease their burden. We want more children in Thousand Islands to go to universities thus quality of human resources in the region can also be improved," he stated.
