As of October 15, 2020, Land and Building Tax of Urban and Rural Sector (PBB-P2) realization in East Jakarta reached 103.54 percent or about Rp 777,788,581,524.

East Jakarta Regional Tax and Levy Sub-agency (Suban PRD) Head, Johari conveyed, PBB-P2 realization in the region has exceeded the target before end of year.

PBB-P2 realization target for this year is Rp 751,218,767,183, but as of October 15, it has reached Rp 777,788,581,524 or 103.54 percent of the initial target.

This figure is predicted to increase because tax collection is still being carried out by Regional Tax and Levy Units (UPPRD) in 10 sub-districts.

"Our initial target for PBB-P2 is about Rp 751.2 billion. But its realization until now reaches Rp 777.7 billion or about 103.54 percent of the target," he asserted, Friday (10/16).

According to him, from 10 UPPRD offices in 10 sub-districts, the highest amount of PBB-P2 was achieved by Cakung Sub-district with total Rp 297,473,741,953 from initial target of Rp 238,579,000,000. While UPPRD with the lowest achievement was Kramat Jati Sub-district which has realized Rp 49,671,547,865 from target Rp 96,470,000,000.

"With this achievement, I would like to thank and appreciate all taxpayers, both individual and companies, who have paid PBB-P2 on time. This money will be used for development in Jakarta," he mentioned.
