Jakarta Dukcapil Agency Head, Dhany Sukma informed, population documents can be taken care of by accessing Direct Access to Fast and Accurate Population Documents Service (Alpukat Betawi) app or websites silaporlagi.dukcapil-jakarta.go.id and https://s.id/onlinedukcapil.

Disdukcapil Ready to Hold Binduk OperationFor taking care of population documents, he urged people to have Alpukat Betawi App. In this app, users will be directed to login menu by entering ID number (NIK) and password that has been registered. If not registered yet, users can register first and choose between Jakarta residents or non-Jakarta residents.
Later on
, users will be directed to menu options, such as application for printing family card (KK), electronic ID card, KIA, birth certificate, death certificate, as well as family data info, application for legalization or even biodata changes.Meanwhile, through website https://s.id/onlinedukcapil and silaporlagi.dukcapil-jakarta.go.id, users will be directed based on their needs by filling their name, ID number (NIK) and fill the question or tell the desired service.
"We have simplified it via online, besides we recommend people to access it to break the chain of Covid-19 transmission," he added.
After processing documents online, users will be requested to collect those documents at local urban village office as scheduled by officers. However, residents should always follow the Covid-19 health protocols to prevent the virus spread.
"When picking up the documents, we urge people to wear mask, maintain physical distance, and wash their hands in hand washing facilities that we provided. Personnel will also check body temperature of people who come to collect the documents," he mentioned.
