All Tourism Sector Businesses in Thousand Islands Must Obey Health Protocols

All must be involved in monitoring health protocols to be free from COVID-19

Thousand Islands Regent Junaedi asked business actors in the tourism sector to strictly comply with and participate in monitoring compliance with health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

According to him, it should be done by all parties and would become a joint responsibility between the community and the government.

Here are 13 Tourism Businesses Operating During PSBB

"All must be involved in monitoring health protocols to be free from COVID-19," he expressed, Tuesday (10/20).

He wanted them to reprimand tourists who do not comply with health protocols while on Thousand Islands.

"We must continue to do so, especially 3M (wearing masks, washing hands with soap in running water, and maintaining physical distancing)," he explained.

He hoped that the reopening of the tourism sector at the PSBB this transitional period could again improve the economy of the people.

"We ask for cooperation and awareness thus everyone is healthy and the economy will increase," he stated.
