The South Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency continues to speed up storm inlet work project in order to smoothen water flow into the drains.
Heru Suwaondo, Sub-agency Head of South Jakarta Bina Marga stated as many as 61 spots of storm inlet would be made in 10 sub-districts this year.

According to him, thus far, storm inlet was mostly made on Jalan Fatmawati, precisely in the front of Bank UOB Building that was often inundated.
"Puddles on the west side are flowed to the east side, which is relatively free of puddles.By so the water on the street can be minimized," he stated.
