Jakarta Vice Governor, Ahmad Riza Patria attended the Inauguration of State Audit Institute (IPKN) Management of Jakarta Region for 2020-2023 period at Auditorium of BPK Jakarta Representative Office, Central Jakarta, Monday (10/26).

Therefore, IPKN must work together with Jakarta Government in realizing an accountable and transparent financial management

In this event which carried out with strict health protocols, Ariza expected IPKN to form a professional, loyal, and highly dedicated financial examiner candidates and maintain the mandate to advance the nation and state.

"Therefore, IPKN must work together with Jakarta Government in realizing an accountable and transparent financial management. IPKN administrators are also expected to be able to bridge various backgrounds of examiners and supervisors, especially those from Jakarta Government," he said as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release.

Besides, Jakarta Government also continues to improve financial reporting accountability. It was shown by its achievement in obtaining Unqualified Opinion (WTP) predicate by Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) three times in a row, from 2017 to 2019.

"For achieving WTP predicate, we keep trying in improving our financial reports from high commitment from each accounting entity, increasing human resources competence in preparing financial reports, and improvements in financial management and regional assets management," he added.

For information, IPKN is a state financial audit professional organization that has been recognized internally by BPK. IPKN was inaugurated on February 20, 2020 in Jakarta that aims to develop and utilize examiner's potential for interests of nation and state.

This event was also attended by Jakarta Inspectorate Acting Head (Plt), Syaefulloh Hidayat; Jakarta Regional State Audit Institute Chairman, Pemut Aryo Wibowo; and other related sides.
