Transjakarta Won 2 Awards at TPR Award 2020

PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) won two awards, namely Best Use of Digital Innovation and Best Active Social Media at Teropong Public Relations (TPR) Award 2020.

It is an appreciation for the work we have done in serving Jakarta residents in mass transportation sector

PT. Transjakarta Corporate Secretary and Public Relation Division Acting Head (Plt), Betriani Situmorang appreciated the awards.

"It is an appreciation for the work we have done in serving Jakarta residents in mass transportation sector. Hopefully these awards can motivate us continuously to improve our services for Jakarta residents," she said, Friday (10/30).

Again, Several Transjakarta Routes are Diverted

PT. Transjakarta, she continued, was assessed to have implemented digital innovation and actively uses social media to support its performance to achieve positive image from public.

For digital innovation, for example, is implemented in form of cashless ticket payment system in collaboration with banks nd fintech companies. Moreover, Transjakarta ticket payment system can also use QR Code. While social media is widely used to inform route diversions and updated information about Transjakarta services.

Juries for this award are; DPR RI Commission I Chairperson, Meutya Hafid; Perhumas Central Administrator, Rizka Septiana, and Indonesian Public Relation Association (APPRI) Chairperson, Jojo S. Nugroho.

For information, TPR Award 2020 which held by Media Teropong Senayan gives appreciations to institutions and companies that have the role and functions of efficient public communication and able to manage news and positive image in society.
