Visiting Ragunan Zoo During Transitional PSBB, Here's How to Order Tickets Online

Want to visit Ragunan Zoo during Transitional PSBB period? Now you can book tickets online in advance.

During the pandemic, we limit our visitors to 2,000 people a day

Ragunan Zoo Unit Head, Ketut Widarsana said, people who want to visit Ragunan Zoo can choose to buy tickets directly at the ticket counter or order online through official Instagram account @ragunanzoo.

"You can buy ticket online a day before the visit," he mentioned, Saturday (11/14).

He explained how to order tickets online. First, you must register at bit.ly/PesantiketTMR. 

Next, fill the form (maximum 5 people) and attach photo of ID card/KTP (only for Jakarta KTP). After registration is completed, visitors can show their verification code or KTP at ticket counter to buy the ticket. 

"Once registered, please come according to the day you have booked by showing verification code via mobile phone or KTP (only for Jakarta KTP)," he conveyed.

During the pandemic, officers will check visitors' body temperature before entering the area. If their temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius, they will not allowed to enter zoo.

Visitors who are allowed to enter zoo are above 9 and under 60 years old.

"Pregnant women, toddlers, and elderly are not allowed to enter zoo to anticipate COVID-19 spread," he added.

He also urged Ragunan Zoo officers to apply strict health protocols to visitors by requiring them to wear mask, wash hands with soap, and maintain a safe distance (3M).

"During the pandemic, we limit our visitors to 2,000 people a day. We open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM," he informed.
