Unruly Officials will Be Overhauled This Week

Acting Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama is about to accelerate the replacement process for several officials serving under Jakarta Provincial Government. The initial schedule that was planned at the end of this year will be applied this week.

We're probably going to replace several SKPD heads this week. There will also be an inauguration later

The officials who will be replaced are echelon-II (department head) and echelon-III (sub-department head). Such replacement was applied because the performance of the regional working units (SKPD) is unsatisfactory.

Unruly Samsat Officers Will Be Firmly Sanctioned

"We're probably going to replace several SKPD heads this week. There will also be an inauguration later," he asserted, City Hall, Monday (10/27).

But he was reluctant to tell those SKPD heads who will be replaced. He stated, there are some departments that have red report in its performance.

"One of them is the Housing Department. We just process the unruly officials who like to steal, to rent, yet the target has not been achieved," he expressed.
