Kebon Jeruk SDA Unit Head, Suprapto mentioned, his side had started cleaning up this 80-meter crossing channel since two weeks ago. This channel needs to be cleaned because it is full of mud and garbage. Besides it connects Jeruk Manis channel with Al Basiah Channel.
"Now, this crossing channel is functioning and garbage has been taken away. Currently we are cleaning the mud," he informed, Wednesday (11/18).
Tidal Flood has Receded in Muara AngkeHis side together with Kebon Jeruk and Kedoya Selatan Urban Villages PPSU personnel cleaned the crossing channel using jetting combi owned by SDA Agency to push out the mud and garbage.
"It is done to anticipate inundation around Jalan Perjuangan and Kedoya Baru Residence. We estimate it to finish by the end of November," he asserted.
