Jakarta DWP's Culture and Social Division Head Irma Irmansyah said it was held at the Grahita Belaian Kasih Social Home in Kalideres, West Jakarta, Children's Social Home for Toddlers in Cipayung, East Jakarta and Tresna Werdha Cipayung Social Home, East Jakarta.
