Central Jakarta PPAPP Sub-agency's Empowerment Section Head, Bangun Manalu stated, this training was held to educate administrators how to prevent violence against children and women.
"We hope personnel who have participated in this training can be more open in assisting violence victims without making them become intimidated," he said, Friday (11/20).
PPAPP Holds Bangga Kencana Program Through Collaboration with TNI-PoliceAccording to him, RTPRA administrators should be able to understand the situation when violence is experienced by children and women, and able to convey it to the authorities.
"This training is also included in anticipating acts of violence or crimes against women and children in RTPRA area," he added.
He informed, there are 50 RPTRAs in total 8 sub-districts in Central Jakarta.
"By giving this training, we want to make people sees RPTRAs in Central Jakarta as a safe and comfortable place, especially for children and women," he mentioned.
