TIM Parking Building Construction Reaches 98.31 Percent

Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) revitalization project still continues in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic.

After its progress has reached 98.31 percent, several areas in TIM Parking Building have entered the finishing phase

PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Corporate Communications Manager, Melisa Sjach mentioned, entering 70th week or mid November, the first phase of revitalization process has reached 45.54 percent. Specifically, construction on TIM parking building that has reached 98.31 percent which in the next few weeks parking building area will be completed.

"After its progress has reached 98.31 percent, several areas in TIM Parking Building have entered the finishing phase. Such as in Damkar area, as well as basement floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and mezzanine floor. Besides we currently working on finishing roof floor on TIM Parking Building," she explained, Monday (11/23).

For parking building, construction will continue to finishing phase on drainage cell and geo textile for roof garden, as well as for water proofing with soaking test process.

"This parking building is located in front of Taman Ismail Marzuki or close to Jalan Cikini Raya, thus it will make it easier for visitors to park their vehicles," she said.

The parking building which attached to fire station will later become one of the attractive spots that is suitable for relaxing. Her side continues to accelerates the construction work thus it can be completed and inaugurated this year.

"During revitalization work which continued in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, we ensure to carry out a strict health protocol," she asserted.
