PAM Jaya Continues to Fulfill Thousand Islands Residents Need of Clean Water

PAM Jaya continues to build Sea Water Osmosis (SWRO) to provide clean water service for Thousand Islands residents.

Since 2019 we have served Thousand Islands residents by fulfilling their need of clean water through SWRO

PAM Jaya President Director, Priyatno Bambang Hernowo mentioned, so far his side has built SWRO in five residential islands and served thousands people.

"Since 2019 we have served Thousand Islands residents by fulfilling their need of clean water through SWRO. In total, we have served residents in five residential islands," he conveyed, Friday (11/27).

PAM Jaya Provides 170 Hand Washing Facilities

His side built SWRO with capacity 2.5 liters per second and 1,184 connections in Untung Jawa Island which population reached 2,372 people. In Panggang Island, SWRO built with capacity 3 liters per second and 1,184 connections for population reached 4,656 people.

He continued, SWRO with capacity 1.5 liters per second built in Pramuka Island to serve 653 people with total population reached 2,174 people. While SWRO with capacity 0.25 liters per second built in Payung Island to serve 199 people with total 49 connections.  

In Kelapa Dua Island with population of 440 people, his side built SWRO with capacity 0.25 liters per second to serve 113 people.

"We hope SWRO can facilitate more people to have access to clean water," he asserted.
