Bank DKI Supports Simultaneous Urban Farming Activities

PT Bank DKI strongly supports the virtual simultaneous urban farming activities initiated by Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Agency in 228 locations. Its support is a form of plant cultivation in urban areas.

Here Djufraini, Secretary of PT Bank DKI Company expressed it was given in the development of the internet of things, hydroponic development, ballot farm facilities including gazebo and other facilities.

"This program has been integrated with technology information, namely QR Code development in which the Ballot Farm visitors can do QR Code scanning in order to get information about type of plants," he expressed, Monday (11/30).

His party also provided membership card, called JakCard to Urban Farming and could be used to make payment at various merchants that had collaborated with Bank DKI.

"We will symbolically hand over a special edition JakCard to 160 urban farming activists in Jakarta as the initial stage," he told.

By so, urban farming in the city could be developed sharply in a bid to intensify food security program in the capital.
