Baru River Retaining Wall Repair in Jatinegara Touches 85 PercentRetaining wall repair had been carried out since September 27 which involved 25 personnel from South Jakarta SDA Sub-agency. This repair was targeted to finish in mid of December.
"So far we have repaired about 300 meters," he added.
After being repaired, he hopes it won't collapse easily when heavy rain falls. Thus water can flow smoothly and doesn't overflow onto the road.
"Hopefully Baru River will no longer overflow thus road will not be i
nundated," he said.
