92 Bus Companies at Pulogebang Terminal to Use Jaketbus App on 10 Dec

In the current 4.0 Industrial Revolution, the Pulo Gebang Bus Terminal is ready to use a Jakarta Electronic Ticketing System Bus (Jaketbus) application on December 10.

Pulo Gebang Terminal Technical Unit (UP) Head Bernard Oktavianus Pasaribu said, the AKAP bus ticket online application was in the process of improving the system.

"We just need to make it perfect, starting from transfer bank or through Indomaret and Alfamart merchants, then QRIS scan payments from Bank DKI. Surely people may download this application via Play Store and App Store," he told, Tuesday (12/8).

He even obliged all buses operating at the terminal to join Jaketbus, which could be accessible prior to the launching.

"There are 92 bus companies in the terminal. As of December 10, they would be joined the application and we ensure it can operate on the Android and iOS systems," he stressed.

As for the information, the Jaketbus application aims to make it easier for travelers to get actual and transparent ticket price and bus schedule information. It uses a cashless system, meaning that all payments use electronic money.

If it is accessible to the public, they can fill in the e-wallet in the Jaketbus feature by making bank transfer payments or other merchants.

"So, people who will travel using the AKAP bus from the terminal can find out the bus ticket prices and be clearly informed about the departure schedule," he stated.
