According to him, those urban villages are areas passed by rivers such as the Ciliwung, Angke, Krukut and Sunter Rivers.

"Of the 125 urban villages, I predict flood will inundate 615 RWs," he added.

He asserted that such statement is only a prediction. Because, until now, his party has not received the detail information from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).

"This is just prediction. Considering we do not have the detail information from the BMKG yet, whether rainfall this year is more powerful or not," he expressed.

He added that several ways have been prepared to face the floods. Among them are by preparing contingency plan and holding a rehearsal for disaster management activities in East Jakarta and trainings like preparing cadres for emergency response incorporated in the Rapid Response Team (TRC).

"Each urban village has two people of TRC. And now there have been four forces. This year, we train approximately 200 people as TRC cadre," he reported.

He furthered, besides preparing human resources, his party also checked the flood prevention facilities, ranging from rubber boats, flood control pumps and disaster operational vehicles. "We're also coordinating with Departments of Public Works, Social, Transportation, Health, Energy, Cleanliness, Parks and Cemetery, as well as Fire and Disaster Handling and Satpol PP," he finished.
