West Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Head, Rosyik Muhammad stated, his side had temporarily closed face-to-face service since January 11, or after the Enactment of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) applied.

"We will not provide face-to-face service on January 11-25," he said, Thursday (1/14).
