The Graha Wisata TMII management, East Jakarta keeps providing the best service for COVID-19 patients as the capital continues to see a surge in new cases.

Pavilion and Graha Wisata Management Unit's Administration Sub-division Head Ranty Ariany said several policies were made to patients such as not being able to freely enter and exit the room, except for 30 minutes of morning exercise in the building's parking area.

"We facilitate them like television, WiFi, air conditioner, bathroom inside the room thus they are not saturated during being isolated. Including food and drinks plus snacks for once three days. They may contact the officers via WhatsApp if they need something," she said, Wednesday (1/20).

She added they could also order food online and would be brought by PJLP officers dressed in complete PPE to the patient's room.

For doctor's check-up, he continued, it was scheduled every day at 10 AM or 2 PM.

According to her, most patients were under isolation at Graha Wisata for about 10 to 14 days.

"When they return home, firefighters will soon spray disinfectant in all areas of the bedroom, bathroom, balcony, hallway, to the stairs to keep them stable," she explained.

Based on the latest data, there were 61 people being isolated. As for the total number of the available rooms were 33 units with 75 beds.

"Hopefully every patient who leaves the Graha Wisata will feel as healthy and fit as before," she hoped.
