PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) will build Teater Halaman (Courtyard Theater) at Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM), on Jalan Cikini Raya, Menteng, Central Jakarta. This project is a part of TIM Revitalization Phase 2 that will start this year.

The purpose of building Courtyard Theater is to provide a comfortable space for expression, supported by beautiful atmosphere, as well as increasing green open space (RTH).
PT. Jakpro Corporate Communication Manager, Melisa Sjah mentioned, Courtyard Theater's design will be semi-circle with comfortable seating. Thus audience can feel different enjoyment and experience when watching cultural arts performances.
