TIM Revitalization Progress Touches 52.9 Percent

Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) revitalization progress at the end of 2020 or week 75 is quite satisfying. Until now, its progress has touched 52.9 percent.

There are two buildings that have been completed

PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro/Perseroda) Communication Manager, Melisa Sjach conveyed, TIM construction progress had reached 53.9 percent. In the first phase of construction, there were two buildings that had been completed.

"There are two buildings that have been completed. First, the Amir Hamzah Mosque in TIM area that has been completely revitalized, moreover it has been inaugurated by Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan on July 3, 2020. Second is the park parking building. This achievement is very positive to end 2020," she said, Friday (1/1).

TIM Parking Building Construction Reaches 98.31 Percent

Meanwhile for library building, art gallery and art guesthouse' construction has reached 34.41 percent.

According to her, Jakpro's achievement in TIM revitalization project is very positive and should be appreciated, because the project continues to run even in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic.

"It becomes a challenge for PT. Jakpro and TIM revitalization project team. In this construction, there is a positive deviation of 0.63 percent which exceeding the target of 53.77 percent," she added.

Previously, TIM revitalization project also applied 'Building Information Modelling (BIM) docs' to 'BIM 3D' methods thus project can be monitored in real time.
