Vice Governor Appreciates Bina Marga's Fast Work to Repair Collapsed Road in Menteng

Repair of potholes on the road, including collapsed roads, will be executed properly

Jakarta Vice Governor Ahmad Riza Patria, appreciated the Bina Marga Agency for its quick response and immediately worked on repairing collapsed roads in Menteng area, Central Jakarta, on Sunday (2/7).

He received a report regarding the damage and immediately confirmed that emergency repairs were on process. The repair did not take long.

"Thank you for your quick response," he exclaimed.

He revealed, Jakarta was continuing to work on and deal with various impacts of rain, including road damage. He ensured, the agency would continue to improve various steps.

"Repair of potholes on the road, including collapsed roads, will be executed properly," he explained.

Bina Marga Agency Head Hari Nugroho explained the collapse was triggered with eroded water entering the gaps under the road. The repair started at 9 AM and completed at 2:50 PM.

"Alhamdulillah the motorists can already use the road as usual," he stated.
