As City 4.0, Jakarta Government continues to open opportunities to collaborate in various fields. Not only facilitating people to participate actively in building city on their own accord, but government also provides collaborative system with the communities. In this case, Jakarta Government has created various platforms to facilitate communities to collaborate with government, one of them is the Large-Scale Social Collaboration Program (KSBB).

In manpower section, KSBB program promoted job training through collaboration with various companies in Jakarta.
Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah conveyed, Manpower KSBB through job training program aims to improve human resources' quality.

Along 2020, collaborative training had been carried out by involving 31 collaborators and succeeded in inviting 3,591 training participants. Both soft skill and hard skill trainings are targeting job seekers and workers who have been laid off. Based on data released by Jakarta BPS, number of unemployed people in Jakarta reached 572,780 people (10.95%) as of August 2020.
"We hope after the training, participants can gain more skills. There are also several collaborators who provide work tools. We expect participants can use it to be entrepreneurs. Moreover, through training, participants are expected to get information on job vacancies," he said.
In 2021, Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Agency will continue to hold collaborative training programs with companies in various fields, such as electrical, IT, graphic design, culinary, fashion, makeup, MSMEs, transportation, and so on. During COVID-19 pandemic, training is carried out online, blended, and offline by implementing strict health protocols.
